The IBAKM® Global Business School (IBAKM®-GBS) was conceptualized and established in line with the statutory mandate of the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM® Global) which empowers it to promote, advance and champion the art and science of Business Administration and Knowledge Management in all its aspects and ramifications and to conduct training, with a view to developing human capital in the area and field of Business Administration and Knowledge Management and related subjects, courses and disciplines and to issue certificates of proficiency.
The mission of IBAKM® Global Business School is to bridge the knowledge gap in the study and practice of Business Administration and Knowledge Management and provide an innovative platform for expanding knowledge horizons through Combined Honours Programmes (CHP), Professional Diploma Programmes (PDP), Global Executive Education Programmes (GEEP), Creative and Innovative Enterprise Programmes (CIEP) and Continuing Professional Education and Development (CPED).
Combined Honours Programme
As a global professional certification body and a non-degree awarding institution, IBAKM® Global Business School (IBAKM®-GBS) through the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM® Global) collaborates with internationally recognized and accredited academic degree and diploma awarding business schools and universities to conduct the Combined Honours Programmes (CHP) leading to the award of IBAKM® Global Chartered Certified Business Administrator (CBA®) and Chartered Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM®) in the grades of Fellow (FIBAKM, FCBA, FCKM), Full Member (MIBAKM, MCBA, MCKM) and Associate (AIBAKM, ACBA, ACKM) in addition to the Business Schools and Universities Doctorate, Masters and Bachelor Degrees in related disciplines.
IBAKM® Global Business School (IBAKM®-GBS) also collaborate with internationally recognized and accredited business schools and universities to conduct specialized Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the area and field of Global Management, Management Consulting, Information Systems and Audit, Strategic Audit and Engineering Management leading to the IBAKM® Global Specialized Certifications: Certified Global Manager (CGMgr.), Certified Global Management Consultant (CGMC), Certified Information Systems Manager and Auditor (CISMA), Certified Strategic Auditor (CSA) and the Certified Engineering Management (CEMgr.) in addition to the Business Schools and Universities Master of Business Administration (MBA).
The Curricula of the Combined Honours Programme is a blend of theory and practice. All physical lectures are conducted on the campus of the collaborating universities and Business Schools and Universities. It is not and never a satellite campus programme.
All degree certificates, Bachelor, Master and Doctorate are awarded by the collaborating Business Schools and Universities.
Professional Diploma Programmes
The Professional Diploma Programmes (PDP) offers innovative courses in the broad fields of Business Administration and Knowledge Management leading to the award of professional diploma proficiency certificates: Professional Post Graduate Certificate (PGCert.), Professional Graduate Diploma (GDip.), Professional Higher Diploma (HDip.) and Professional Diploma (Dip.).
The professional diploma programme curricula is a blend of theory and practice aimed at assisting candidates acquire relevant professional knowledge, skill, expertise and experience for competence, innovation, entrepreneurship and professional practice.
Global Executive Education Programmes
The Global Executive Education Programmes (GEEP) are top-notch world-class training programmes for executives in all sectors and industries. Some of the training programmes include: Global Executive Management Programme (GEMP), Global Executive Business Programme (GEBP), Global Executive Governance Programme (GEGP), Global Executive Leadership Programme (GELP), Global CEO Programme (G-CEOP) and the Global MBA in collaboration with internationally accredited Universities.
Creative and Innovative Enterprise Programmes
The Creative and Innovation Enterprise Programme (CIEP) are skill based programmes aimed at promoting and advancing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) globally.
Continuing Professional Education and Development
The Continuing Professional Education and Development (CPED) are conducted as Seminars, Workshops and Conferences (In-Plant and Public). It is designed for the continuous learning, relearning and unlearning of skills, knowledge and experience that will assist the IBAKM® Global certificate holders to have competitive advantage and remain sought after at all times giving the demand of the continuous advancement in knowledge, business strategy and technology. The CPED will also track and document the skill, knowledge and experience IBAKM® Global certificate holders gained or applied at work or in client-based professional practice.
The CPED is a mandatory requirement for certification migration, membership upgrade, continuous membership, certificate retainership and professional public practice licencing. The CPED is conducted based on approved Credit Points (CP) through Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Symposia, Talk, Peer Reviews, Research, Client-Based Consulting Services and Personal Development.
