The Post Graduate College of Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, has officially recognized the Membership Qualifications and Professional Certifications offered by the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) and the Chartered Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (CIBAKM®). Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, was established as one of three universities in Nigeria between 1961 and 1962. Its establishment followed a report submitted to the Federal Government in September 1960 by a Commission chaired by Sir Eric Ashby, the Master of Clare College, Cambridge. The commission, appointed in April 1959, was tasked with surveying the needs of post-secondary and higher education in Nigeria.

COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP FOR GLOBAL RESEARCH AND INNOVATION: IBAKM® AND CIBAKM® WITH EUDOXIA RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS

The Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) and the Chartered Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (CIBAKM®) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Eudoxia Research University in New Castle, USA, and the Eudoxia Research Centre in New Delhi, India, on August 12, 2022. The primary objective of this MoU is to explore opportunities for international research and innovation growth. This collaboration aims to foster joint research, training, and capacity building, focusing on research opportunities in India, Nigeria, and globally, benefiting both parties. Additionally, it seeks to identify funding sources to support these opportunities.

The MoU facilitates several collaborative initiatives, including mutual research patent development, publication of high-quality research papers in peer-reviewed journals, establishment of new international journals and book publications, faculty and student exchanges, and faculty development programs. It will also involve organizing workshops, seminars, conferences, leadership programs, International Executive Education (IEE), International Innovation Program (IIP), and various academic and professional activities. Eudoxia Research University in New Castle, USA, and Eudoxia Research Centre in New Delhi, India, aim to create an innovative environment conducive to quality research and capacity building among researchers, academicians, professionals, and practitioners. This collaboration seeks to bridge the gap between ideas and real-world application, fostering transformation and innovation.

The systematic research and collaborative efforts in the field of innovation are anticipated to significantly mitigate global unemployment challenges. Notably, Eudoxia Research University in New Castle, USA, and Eudoxia Research Centre in New Delhi, India, currently maintain a global network across 193 countries.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCE: IBAKM® AND CIBAKM® PARTNERSHIP WITH WIU® FOR LIFELONG LEARNING

NATIONAL YOUTH SERVICE CORPS, DIRECTORATE HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA, NIGERIA

The Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM® Global), in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (CIBAKM®), is officially recognized as an approved and accredited strategic partner of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Directorate Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. This collaboration is established to facilitate Empowerment, Job Advisory, and Counselling (JAC), as well as Post-Camp Training and Certification for NYSC Corps Members. The partnership seamlessly aligns with the ethos and objectives of the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) initiative. Formal approval was granted and communicated through a letter dated 9th August 2021, bearing reference number NYSC/DHQ/SAED/CLB/Y/VOL.VI/276.
