FEDERAL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, NIGERIA

The Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) is duly approved and accredited by the Evaluation and Accreditation Division, Education Support Services Department of the Federal Ministry of Education (FME), Nigeria as a professional body for the training and certification of business administration and knowledge management professionals, practitioners and consultants in line with the Government policy on Education and the statutory mandate of the Institute. The approval was conveyed via a letter dated 18th of January, 2019 with reference number FME/ESS/E&A/ANPB/IIIT/397.

FEDERAL MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION OF NIGERIA

The Federal Ministry of Justice (FMJ) and the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation (OAGF) of Nigeria approved the establishment of the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) as a professional body with full legal recognition and status thereby empowering the Institute to carry out its objectives as enshrined in the Memorandum and Articles of Association and approved by the Federal Ministry of Education, Nigeria.

CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION, NIGERIA

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria approved the incorporation of the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) as a body limited by guarantee in line with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and the approvals of the Federal Ministry of Education, Federal Ministry of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation of Nigeria.  The Certificate of Incorporation was issued on the 18th day of September, 2019 with RC 1615269.  The Institute is statutorily empowered under the provisions of the Act to (a) promote, advance and champion the art and science of Business Administration and Knowledge Management in all its aspects and ramifications and to conduct training, with a view to developing human capital in the area and field of Business Administration and Knowledge Management and related subjects, courses and disciplines and to issue certificates of proficiency (b) organize workshops, seminars, symposia, talks, research, consultancy, etc. with a view to promoting, advancing and championing Business Administration and Knowledge Management and related subjects, courses and discipline and to issue certificates of attendance (c) do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to the attainment and furtherance of the broad objectives of the Institute.

NATIONAL YOUTH SERVICE CORPS, DIRECTORATE HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA, NIGERIA

The Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) with approved and registered trademarks of Chartered Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (CIBAKM®) and Association of Business Administration and Knowledge Management Professionals (ABAKMP®) is an approved and accredited strategic partner of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Directorate Headquarters, Abuja, Nigeria for the purpose of Empowerment, Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) as well as Post-Camp Training and Certification of the NYSC Corps Members in line with the spirit and mandate of the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED). The approval was conveyed via a letter dated 9th August, 2021 with reference NYSC/DHQ/SAED/CLB/Y/VOL.VI/276.

The Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) Name, Logo, Certifications and Trading Names are duly approved and registered under the Trademarks, Patents and Designs Registry, Commercial Law Department of the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment (FMITI) in accordance with the provisions of the Trademark Act, CAP T13 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. The Commercial Law Department of the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment (FMITI) administers protection of trademarks, patents and designs in Nigeria.

GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, IGNATIUS AJURU UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION, RUMUOLUMENI, PORT HARCOURT, RIVERS STATE, NIGERIA

The Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) with approved and registered trademarks of Chartered Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (CIBAKM®) and Association of Business Administration and Knowledge Management Professionals (ABAKMP®) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Graduate School of Business, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria on the 14th February, 2022 for the purpose of mobilization of students of the University for the membership and professional certification of the Institute, establishment of academic linkage and conversion programme for qualified candidates of the Institute, conduct of the Professional Body professional certification, specialized certification and professional diploma certification training programmes in collaboration with the University leading to the award of the combined honours qualifications; conduct of consultancy services, research and development programmes in the broad fields of business administration and knowledge management as well as any other area(s) that may be of interest to the two Institute and the University. Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) is a public University duly licenced and accredited by the National Universities Commission, Nigeria.  The University was established on 15 October 2009 but was previously known as Rivers State College of Education from June 1971 to October 2009.

EUDOXIA RESEARCH UNIVERSITY, NEW CASTLE, USA AND EUDOXIA RESEARCH CENTRE, NEW DELHI, INDIA

The Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (IBAKM®) with approved and registered trademarks of Chartered Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (CIBAKM®) and Association of Business Administration and Knowledge Management Professionals (ABAKMP®) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Eudoxia Research University, New Castle, USA and Eudoxia Research Centre, New Delhi, India on the 12th of August, 2022 for the purpose of exploring international research and innovation growth; joint research, training and capacity building to address research opportunities in India, Nigeria and globally for the mutual benefits of both parties and in investigating funding sources to realize these opportunities.  In addition, the MoU will enable mutual research patent development; quality research paper publication in peer reviewed journals; launching of new international journals and book publication; teaching, exchange of faculty and students; faculty development program that will cultivate and develop the collaborative relationship; organizing, promoting, staffing and coordinating long and short-term staff and student exchanges work-shops, seminars, conferences, leadership programs, International Executive Education (IEE), International Innovation Program (IIP) and other academic and professional activities, etc.  Eudoxia Research University, New Castle, USA and Eudoxia Rsearch Centre, New Delhi, India is creating an innovative atmosphere for quality research and capacity building amongst Researchers, Academicians, Professionals and Practitioners towards the application of these innovations into the real world through transformation of their ideas, imaginations into reality.
