AIM AND OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME
As an Integrated Curricula Blended Learning Programme (ICBLP), it is specially designed to train and equip students and candidates desirous of attaining the Chartered Certified Business Administrator (CBA®) and Chartered Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM®) status to acquire the professional and academic Knowledge, Skill and Experience for competence, innovation, performance and work-world ready.
Enrolled candidates will have the opportunity to obtain the IBAKM® and CIBAKM® Associate Certifications: Associate of the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (AIBAKM), Associate Certified Business Administrator (ACBA) and Associate Certified Knowledge Manager (ACKM) membership and professional qualifications in addition to the ESTG University BSc Degree.

The ESTG University Integrated Curricula Blended Learning Programme (ICBLP) will expose the students and candidates to the theory and practice of Business Administration and Knowledge Management from the Core Foundation Subjects without exemptions. Resource persons are eminently qualified scholars from the ESTG University and industry practitioners from IBAKM® and CIBAKM®.
PROGRAMME LEARNING OUTCOME
Students and candidates will exhibit mastery of sound Business Administration and Knowledge Management skills, both in theory and practice, covering Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, Business Finance and Accounting, International Economics, Business Governance, Ethics and Corporate Law, Project Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Consumer Behavior and Marketing Management, Information and Knowledge Management, amongst others.

The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Combined Honours Programme is conducted in collaboration with the École Supérieur de Technologie et de Gestion (ESTG University), Port Novo, Benin Republic as a Blended Learning Programme giving the candidates the opportunity to obtain the University BSc Degree and IBAKM® Global Membership Qualifications and Professional Certifications. The available programmes are: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Technology and Management, Marketing and Accounting.
The BSc Combined Honours Programme is conducted at the ESTG University Port Novo Campus located at Seto- Gbodje, Place Public, Porto-Novo, Benin Republic. Resource persons are eminently qualified scholars and industry practitioners, both from the ESTG University and IBAKM® Global. NB: THIS IS NOT AND NEVER A SATELLITE CAMPUS PROGRAMME.
Admission is open to candidates with minimum of Five (5) O’ Level Credits passes including English Language and Mathematics. JAMB UTME Score is not required. Candidates with National Diploma in relevant discipline may be admitted through Direct Entry on their merit whilst candidates with Higher National Diploma (HND) and recognized professional certification body qualifications in relevant discipline may be admitted into the Conversion Programme.
École Supérieur de Technologie et de Gestion (ESTG University) is a private university located in Cotonou and Porto Novo, Benin Republic. The University is duly licenced and accredited by the Government of Benin Republic through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) as well as recognized by the Federal Ministry of Education, Nigeria with eligible graduates mobilized for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
ESTG University is duly established and licenced by the Government of Benin Republic through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) as an academic degree awarding institution with authorization reference: Arrêté N°049/MESRS/CAB/DC/SGM/DPP/DGES/ DEPES SA du 05/02/2014 as well as duly accredited for the award of Bachelor and Master Degrees in the broad fields and faculties of Management and Business Administration with programmes approval reference: Arrêté N° 326/MESRS/CAB/DC/ SGM/ DPP/DGES/DEPES/SP du 19/05/2015.
ESTG University still retained its licence and accreditation by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) after the review and evaluation of the activities and operation of private higher education establishments in Benin Republic by the National Consultative Council for Higher Education (CCNES) in its sessions of July 30, 2019 and October 04, 2019. This was duly communicated by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Benin Republic via official notice dated 29 October, 2019 with reference No. 800/MESRS/DC/SGM/DGES/DEPES/SA.
