ASSOCIATE OF THE INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (AIBAKM)

The AIBAKM membership qualification of the Institute is open to holders of:

• IBAKM ACBA & ACKM professional certifications.
• HND, Bachelor Degree or equivalents in non-related discipline with Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• HND, Bachelor Degree or equivalents in non-related discipline with Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management.
• HND, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management with less than 5 years post-graduation experience.
• HND, Bachelor Degree in non-related discipline plus ACA, ACCA, ACIS, ACIB, etc. with less than 5 years of post-professional experience.
• HND, Bachelor Degree or equivalents in Management Science related courses with minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience.
• HND, Bachelor Degree or equivalents in Sciences, Engineering, Law and Arts related courses with minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience.

Candidates admitted into the AIBAKM membership qualification of the Institute without the ACBA & ACKM professional certifications are required to enroll for the professional certifications to qualify as Associate Certified Business Administrator (ACBA) and Associate Certified Knowledge Manager (ACKM) after satisfying all requirements for certification, either through exemptions or examinations in line with the Institute academic and professional development policy.

The AIBAKM will be conferred on the qualified candidate through the Membership Investiture, Induction and Certification Programme (MIICP) after satisfying all requirements for membership.
