IBAKM PROFESSIONAL POSTGRADUATE CERTIFICATE (IBAKM PGCert.) QUALIFICATION
The Professional Postgraduate Certificate (IBAKM PGCert.) Proficiency Certification comprises of three parts for each programme; Part I, II and III with a total of eighteen (18) subjects and a project research work. Successful completion of the Professional Postgraduate Certificate (IBAKM PGCert.) Proficiency Certification Programme qualifies candidate for induction and certification as Associate of the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (AIBAKM) or Full Member of the Institute of Business Administration and Knowledge Management (MIBAKM) depending on the candidate’s entry qualification in addition to the award of the professional Postgraduate Certificate (IBAKM PGCert.) proficiency certification.
The minimum entry qualification for the Professional Postgraduate Certificate (IBAKM PGCert.) Proficiency Certification is IBAKM GDip, HND, Bachelor Degree or equivalents. Candidates who desire the IBAKM/Master Degree combined honours qualifications must ensure they post the minimum requirement for admission into an academic Master’s Degree programme of an accredited university. In the alternative they can sit for, pass and complete the IBAKM GDip. before proceeding to the IBAKM PGCert. should they desire the IBAKM/Master Degree combined honours qualifications. In addition candidates must satisfy all requirements for induction into the applicable membership grade of the Institute. Meanwhile, candidates who desires exemptions will be required to provide an acceptable transcript of courses undertaken for consideration. Please note that all academic qualifications and degrees will be awarded by collaborating accredited tertiary institutions and universities in line with its specific academic policy.
To qualify for the Certified Business Administrator (CBA), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Certified Business Administration Practitioner (CBAP) and Certified Knowledge Management Practitioner (CKMP) qualifications candidates are expected to have at least completed the ASSOCIATE CERTIFICATION EXAMINATIONS. Meanwhile, to qualify for the Certified Global Manager (CGMgr.) qualification candidates are expected to have attained the MCBA/MCKM qualifications.
